URGENT NOTE:  All parents MUST be available to pick up their cadet(s) at the end of the drill day, or               make other arrangements in advance. Either the CO/XO or one of the other officers/instructors has to               stay with any cadet who is not picked up in a timely fashion, which does prevent them from getting               home. Your cooperation is most appreciated.

Our continuing goal is to recruit!! Cadets are the life blood and reason for our existence! Pass the word about the unit. The next new cadet/parent briefing will  be 17MAY 08 Please refer all potential or interested parties to the CO.

3. UNIFORMS:

Naval District Washington has shifted to Dress Whites .  Make sure your uniforms are in good order and fit properly.  All cadets must wear summer uniforms, CUU's sleeves must be rolled up.  .  You can not wear civilian gear over uniforms.

PT sessions WILL take place at EVERY DRILL. All cadets are required to bring proper PT gear, and a web belt and canteen, and give 100% participation.  All PT gear goes into the locker room, not in admin. BE SURE TO DRINK PLENTY OF WATER!!

6. MUSTER BEFORE DRILL:

It is mandatory that all officers contact the XO NLT 1900 and all cadets contact the LPO NLT 1900 on  Wednesday  prior to upcoming drill to report whether or not you will be attending, LPO must then muster with XO NLT 2100.  It is expected that you attend at least 75% of all drills annually.

All cadets are required to bring to drill their current course-work (hard copy or CD); web gear and canteen; shoe shine kit; and PT gear. There are no exceptions.

On regular drill weekends, all cadets must  bring $7.00 for chow. Visit to the AIR SHOW cadets are ask to bring extra money for chow and any other things they might want to buy at  the AIR SHOW, at least $20
